INTERIM HOME CARE UTAH
Home Care in Salt Lake County, Utah

Salt Lake County stretches well beyond Salt Lake City itself — Sandy, Murray, Holladay, West Valley City, South Jordan, Draper, and the rest of the valley are all part of our regular coverage, with the same strong caregiver availability we have in the city itself.
What We Actually Do
Interim Home Care Utah is a non-medical home care agency. Our Care Professionals help with personal care, meal prep, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We coordinate alongside a family's existing home health or hospice team rather than replacing skilled medical care.
Coverage Across the County
We regularly serve families throughout Sandy, Murray, Holladay, West Valley City, South Jordan, and Draper, along with the smaller communities around them. This is one of our strongest territories — caregiver availability is on par with what we offer inside Salt Lake City itself, so an "I need help this week" call is realistic here, not aspirational. If you're specifically in Salt Lake City proper, our Salt Lake City page covers that in more detail.
Local Resources Worth Knowing
Salt Lake County's Aging & Adult Services division — the county's federally designated Area Agency on Aging — runs senior centers, caregiver support programs, and Meals on Wheels across the valley, including in Sandy, Murray, and other county communities outside the city itself. We're not affiliated with the county, but they're a legitimate first call for resources we don't provide directly, like legal aid or facility ombudsman services.
Veterans in Salt Lake County
Interim Home Care Utah is service-disabled veteran-owned and an approved VA provider. VA Aid and Attendance benefits can help cover in-home care costs for veterans and surviving spouses anywhere in the county. Learn more about veterans and VA benefits.
Our 7th Week Guarantee
No long contracts. If you don't feel the difference after six weeks of care at 20 or more hours a week, your seventh week is free.
