    Who We Are

At Interim Home Care, we exist to help people remain safe, independent, and at home—without pressure, contracts, or disruption to their lives. We believe care should feel supportive, dignified, and dependable, not rushed or transactional.

We are structured to provide one-on-one, professional home care with clear communication, accountability, and consistency—so families feel informed, supported, and in control at every step.

Our team is built around a simple principle: families deserve care they can trust. That means Care Professionals are carefully selected, trained, and supervised, and every client relationship is supported by proactive communication and a dedicated care coordinator.

We serve families across Utah, especially along the Wasatch Front, with a commitment to providing high-quality, professional home care that respects independence and protects quality of life—at home.

Built by a Family Who's Lived It

    Understanding both sides of care—
the responsibility of providing it and the humility of needing it.

After more than 20 years of military service, Michael Hawkins set out to continue serving—this time in a profession where integrity, accountability, and care for others truly mattered. Together with his wife, Natalie, who brings decades of experience, empathy, and leadership in care, they built Interim Home Care with one clear belief: families deserve dependable support without pressure, loss of dignity, or loss of control.

That belief became deeply personal when Michael developed brain cancer linked to toxic exposure during military service. The treatment saved his life—but left him physically disabled and dependent on the care of others. Experiencing the vulnerability of needing help changed how they see home care forever. Read more about the personal experience that shaped this perspective.

During Michael's recovery, their daughter Alissa stepped in to help carry the responsibility of leadership and now oversees day-to-day operations—ensuring continuity, accountability, and a standard of care that reflects their family's values.

Today, Interim Home Care is led by a family who understands both sides of care—the responsibility of providing it and the humility of needing it. That lived experience shapes every decision we make.
